Browse chefs on the Explore tab, tap on a chef's profile to view their details, then tap "Book Now" to select your event date, time, guest count, and location.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You'll be charged when a booking is confirmed. PlatedIn applies a service fee to cover platform costs.
You can cancel a pending booking from the Bookings tab. Once a booking is confirmed by the chef, please contact the chef directly through in-app messaging to discuss cancellation.
Register for an account and select "Chef" as your role during sign-up. You can then set up your chef profile with your specialties, cuisines, pricing, and portfolio photos.
Go to the Profile tab and tap "Edit Profile" to update your personal information, profile photo, and chef details.
After a completed booking, you can leave a review for your chef from the booking details page. Ratings and reviews help other clients find great chefs.
To request account deletion, please email support@platedin.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process it within 30 days.
